In a blender mix until smooth:
- 2/3 cup of yogurt
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of juice
- 1/2 cup of frozen berries
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- I tsp cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed (optional)
Pour into fancy glasses and enjoy.
