Smoothie

Spa Quality Smoothie (easy)

In a blender mix until smooth:
  • 2/3 cup of yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of juice
  • 1/2 cup of frozen berries
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • I tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed (optional)

Pour into fancy glasses and enjoy.
Elegant, easy and very healthy.
